Most of us use rodents with no problems.
Hogs usually regurge if you feed them too much - either too large a prey item or too many.
If I overfeed a snake and it regurges I skip the next meal. The interesting thing is that they will often bring up one item and digest the other (in a case where you fed two mice, for example). I have never had it escalate into a problem, in other words provided you back off and reduce the quantity they will be fine.
Of course, there may be other reasons that the snake is not holding its food down, such as sickness or inappropriate temps.
However, with regards to your question I think it's safe to say rodent hair wouldn't be the cause.
Hope that's helpful,
Jonny
What makes you think that the problem is the mice fur? I would suggest you look at something else. Too large food item, fed too many mice, temps too low (most likely) or some other environmental problem.
