Yet another Coral Ghost Cal King.....

Kerby... Sep 01, 2012 04:33 PM

Yup, the third one to hatch this year. Also a couple more striped hypos. This clutch is from triple het parents (Ghost, Hypo, Albino). Some Casper (Albino Ghosts) in this clutch as well as the Coral Ghost (Ghost Hypo) and the striped Hypos.

Awesome Kerby....
It's amazing those stripes are popping up and most of them have been hypos.

I still wonder if the striped gene is acting recessive or is it truly polymorphic?

I have to get one of those striped hypos that'll possibly carry the other genes....

So far (with one clutch to hatch) I have popped out 3 striped hypos and they are all three males. I will be keeping one.

Striping in cals is definitely not recessive. But when breeding 2 stripers of the same genetics back to each other, usually it is all stripers after that. When breeding a striper to a banded there is a lot of aberrancies.

Wow, you got a lot of different morphs in just one clutch. Those are amazing. The striped hypos are very neat looking.
