Arugula

KevinN Oct 06, 2003 09:13 AM

My wife had some "baby argula" (roguette miniature)in the frig so I tried it and my beardies loved it. They picked every piece out and left the other greens. Cann't find the list of nutritional values that I know I saved somewhere. Is it any good for them. Thanks

I have compiled a pretty large list of foods that beardies can/can't eat. The list is on my site below, just click on Nutrition Content.

Arugula is pretty good for beardies, here's the nutrition info:

Arugula
Calciumhosphorus ratio 3:1
Protein 2.6%
Fat .7%
Fiber 1.6%
Water 92%
High vit. A (24 IU/g), bitter flavor

Veronica
Beautiful Dragons
