It could take a few hours. Key thing is not to rush her. When she's done, she'll cover the eggs and climb back up the branch (if you provided such). Then you can retrieve the eggs.
Good luck!

She keeps climbing in to dig, then out again up a branch, then later down to dig again. Is this normal, or does it mean something is bothering her.
I have been checking on her, but I taped cardboard up with peak holes so she can't see me. I decided after two minutes that I couldn't take it not to look lol.
How much is she digging? Is it serious digging, or preliminary digging (testing the water, so to speak). How deep is your egg laying chamber?
Perhaps it's not deep enough. I had to use a large yard garbage can filled with about 8 inches of moist sand before my veiled dropped her eggs. Took 75 lbs of sand to get it this deep, but sand is pretty cheap!

I think she's just testing it
There's about 10 to 12" in a platic tub that we got kitty litter in. It seems to be a good size.
If she doesn't lay them by lunch tomorrow, I'll get a garbage can and some more sand...
I can't stand this!!! I WANT THEM NOW! lol. I feel like the guy in 101 dalmations
