Hogg Island holdback

DocOp Sep 26, 2012 10:20 PM

I went around my room yesterday and took a few photos for a website I am putting together. Figured I'd post a shot I took of my 2009 Hogg Island Boa I am holding back.

He just shed two days ago and I caught him at just about his brightest. Perfect Hogg Island boa! The female I plan to pair this guy up with next season is even more orange / reddish but is much more speckled. I prefer this "clean" orange look. I am excited about this "F2" group! This is what I go for in Hogg Island Boas, this bloodline is THE best looking!

Here is this year's neonate, about 2 months old:

They seem to go through quite the change!

At some point I'll go and take a few of my adults. Next season I plan to have up to three litters!
