Micah,

This snake in particular was brought into the country by a friend ( How he did it....... you can imagine the rest) from Colombia who is a client of mine at the Veterinary Hospital. In early 2009, his nephew brought from Colombia 2 snakes that were produce from a WC female found in Leticia. Unfortunately, both specimens were females. Her contrast and color are really special. I am in the process of getting a male.

Take care!

Orlando all Beautiful Boas . . .but you know that Fem Colombian from the Letcia area makes me weak in the Knees . . .
If ever you consider selling her . . . Please . . . Please . . . Please contact me first . . .
because I would Love to have her . . . I'm so in Love with that beautiful Leticia Colombian Boa . . . . . .

What's up with the other Colombian type looking Boa that is two pictures down from her . . .I believe it's an Iquitos Peruvian
then another Boa that appears to be of mostly if not completely all Colombian heritage ?

That's great looking Boa as well in my book . . . I am a huge Fan of the Colombian Boa . . .

That really is my Locale Boa of choice even before my LOcal specific Love of Guyanese Boas . . . . .

Lost for words..... Just a big smile and a lot of drool and day dreaming going on in Littleton Colorado. Nothing but pure perfection. If i could pick one it would be that second pic of that insanely unique BCI.

Love the boas as well as the photography. Give us a little info. as to your camera settings, time of the day you're taking the shots and any other important info. that might help the rest of us to become better reptile photographers.

Joe,
Currently, I am in Oakland attending the Assoc. of Reptiles and Amphibian Vet. and Zoo Vet. Meeting. Once I get back (Thursday) I will write about it. I am not an expert at taking pics. but our good friend Jonathan gave us some good advice. We recently acquired a new camera that for the price is worth ever penny........ Sony NEX - F3 (16.1 MP). Another camera that works well is Canon Power Shot SX - 210. Huge Congrats on your most recent BCC litter.......
Take care!
