in case anyone here in PA see PAARK continuing to push andrew wyatts lies about hb1398. here are the facts about that bill. it is an amendment to title 34 which is the title that deals with mammals. it can in no way affect reptiles. heres a link to the PA general assembly so you can look into it for yourselves. http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/billinfo/billinfo.cfm?syear=2011&sind=0&body=... also at the april hamburg PA show USARK broke the law and took donations under false pretenses. here is the petition USARK had people sign. andrew wyatt lied to people in order to get their money. he got everyone in PA worked up so they would donate. there was absolutely no need for that petition. i found out that Larry Kenton, the head of PAARK, was a part of this scam against the PA reptile community. this is just one case in which andrew wyatt lied to get peoples money. either larry keton was in on the scam or was just too ignorant of PA laws to know any better. either way PAARK will do much more damage then good. please do not support them. iv already talked to an attorney about this issue. but since i didnt donate i can sue USARK. if you donated and feel you did so under false pretenses you need contact USARK about your concerns.

click on image and it will take you to the pa general assembly. at the top of the screen you can type in hb1398 and it will give you all the info you need on it. i couldnt post the usark petition. if you would like to see it email me and ill send it to you rodneynboalich@yahoo.com
