3 month old ambanja panther chameleon (not named yet)
Hi- I had 3 of there bulbs shipped from there place in New York to me in California and none arrived with broken glass. But 2 out of three did not work (turn on) and were replaced, at there cost! After I got the 2 replacments have not had any problems with the bulbs. Hope this helps!

yeah they are replacing mine, i would be really mad if they didnt. i think it broke cuz they also had a 10 inch dome light in the same box and they must have smacked each other on the way down here. the little mercury parts dont even look like they are attached very good to the light it self.
