Help with ID?

Got this Boa in August....a big female. I'm still trying to determine what she is...I believe she was sold as South Brazilian Bcc, but also has amarals characteristics. I'd appreciate feedback on her.
Thanks much---
Jim Lineberger

Hi Jim,

She looks like a Southern Brazilian Amarali to me. Hopefully the breeder who produced her will see this and let you know for sure what she is. You may want to check with Mike Eckert, Jeff Ronne or Barry Miller. There is only a small hand full of breeders who produce the Southern Brazilian Amarali. If these three guy did not they maybe able to tell you who did. Barry breeds for the dot and reduced pattern so you should try him first.

By the way she is nice looking.

Take care
Tom

thanks much, Tom....I just found the original post and, indeed, you are correct. I think Barry Miller produced her.
All the best-
Jim

I'm not in the habit of buying a Boa without being well-versed in its id and characteristics....but in this case I was just won over by a huge locality spec Boa. I almost picked up the 9' Surinam as well, but don't have the space.
