I just got in possession a ~45-50 gallon glass tank and I am trying to research what kind of pet(s) to put in it. It's approx. 3 feet long and 1.5 feet wide.

So what are some good beginner pets? I thought about a corn snake but maybe this would be too big? Also thought about leopard geckos - maybe with this size I can keep a few in there? Any other good beginner pet recommendations/suggestions?

I'd prefer something that is more docile and easy to handle/take care of.
