shed before burmation

cpramsey Dec 05, 2012 09:23 PM

I'm just wondering and I'm sorry if this has been covered but I was just wondering if it's fine to burmate a snake while they are in shed?

I always wait for the schedding before I put them into brumation

Thanks, I've been wondering about that for a while now.

They will sometimes go through a shed cycle while brumating, it just takes a longer time than usual. I tend to let a snake shed before cooling it if I know that it's in a shed cycle.
