Killer Karaoke

I don’t really get upset watching movies or TV Shows that have Animals or Reptiles involved, because I figure it’s always under a controlled environment, or done with the magic of the cameras special effects and really doesn’t endanger the animal. But just recently I saw a show that I didn’t care on how they handled and treated their snakes.

Has anyone seen the show "Killer Karaoke" with Steve O? They dunk a lady in 40 degree water, and then they dump three large Rubbermaid tubs with about 60 snakes into the freezing water, then two small alligators to boot. I just find it hard to think that whoever owns these reptiles would be OK with doing this. (Or maybe the money talks).

These snakes are just trying to get out of there. So what are your thoughts, wouldn’t this completely stress out the snakes being thrown around like this, and then dunked into 40 degree water?

I havent seen the show, but what you described sounds awful.

the "jackass" guys have a history of mistreating animals/snakes. in jackass 3 bam is in a pit of sorts trying to escape all the while jumping on and stomping various corns and milks that are under his feet.

I for one thought their show and movies were hiliarous up until i saw them treating snakes they way they do. i'll never watch any of their shows again.
