Hey guys, quick question.

I have several 74qt tubs and would like to know you opinions.

The tubs are 44x22

Should I run a strip of 4" heat tape on one side or shoudl I run a larger square suh as a 7" or 11" on half of the tub?

Also, I'm in and out and the heater doesn't come on in the house until I get home. During these times the temp may drop to, worse case scenario, 70F.

Would the colder end be more efficient on one 1/2 end or 1/3 long ways?
