WORMS IN WATER BOWL? I.D. HELP!!!

I was at my buddies house and we found these worms swimming in his snakes water bowl. They are small/dark and almost hairy looking. ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE??? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED - THANKS!!!
