My tamatave panther is now 5 months old, the breeder said he thinks it might be a male but was not sure. I know you are to look at the base of the tail, but I cant tell. it has red in its gular area when its pissed off and thats it. I want to get it a mate. . . if I were to post a pic. could someone tell what it is? (if I could only figure out how to post hehe)

Yeah post a pic for sure. If it's a female I'll buy it from you! I've been searching for a female Tamatave (besides Kammers) for like a month now. By 5 months if it's a boy it should be showing quite a bit of green by now. Post a pic.

o yeah i 4got to mention, i thought i was buying a male, it is very difficult to tell sex when they are very young, i am lookng for male also, or possible a amibilobe to breed her with

Does your female have any red in her gular area when she's pissed?

I'm sorry tyler if its a girl I'm still going to keep her. I just need to know its sex where I can get it a mate. could you or anyone tell me how to post a pic? and tyler I saw on one of these cham breeders advertized her that they had a female for $400 norcal cham maybe...
