could any one tell me is it possible to breed a regular black and white california kingsnake and a striped albino one? and if it is possible what would be the outcome?

This mating is often done.
Outcome depends on the genes passed from parents to offspring. You might get some albinos, but I'd expect to get none. Then if some albinos appear, you can be pleasantly surprised. If you expect albinos and none appear, you'd be disappointed. And I prefer a pleasant surprise to a disappointment.
As for striped, if the black and white is striped, too, then most of the babies would be striped or some variation of striped. If the black and white is banded, then some babies will be banded and some will be some variation of striped.
Unfortunately, I can only say that the expression of striped is pretty variable. It could be a good stripe, with only a few breaks, or a stripe with many breaks, or a series of dots along the back, or pieces of stripe that appear to be trying to twist over to being bands, or mostly bands with a few short pieces of stripe. No two will look exactly alike. Whatever turns out, I think it will look interesting. Good luck.
