Very cool. Box, Bog and Spotted turtles are my favorite turtles, as cool as any exotics IMHO. Just out of curiousity, about how much do those amel Boxies cost and how long have they been around?

I think there is only two others, one is deformed. They aren't cheap but it's one of the coolest albino turtles I have ever owned, so well worth it.

Cool. "Back in the day" there was a subadult albino E. Box. I reckon that was in the early 1990s. I don't know what happened to it. The last time I saw it was in a pet store in Las Vegas. Have you seen the albino Florida Box?
I agree with you about Box Turtles being awesome pets - I have 8 of them.

How old is it? I'm curious about how long it takes to get a box turtle to sexual maturity.
