Those are some awesome pictures Mark. I don't know how you got the double shot of the pileated woodpeckers. That seems like a chance of lifetime pic.

Thanks Dennis. There's actually a 3rd one on the other side of the tree but not visible in the pic. There were 4 total and the took off just as I snapped this and maybe one or two other photos of them.

I agree with this, and I was wondering if Mark's work has ever been featured in any publications--a lot of these shots are better than a lot of field guide photos out there! I'd love a print of that cottonmouth!
