I would probe to be sure but spurs do seem to get one by. My male has very large spurs compared to the girl, his tail is minutely longer with a slight bulge postventrally. They are both 3 years old. Female is huge compared to male, he has started courting her and refused food for the past month. I will probably take him out to give her a rest and try to get some food in him since I am not cooling them down yet. The breeder I got them from has been very good about giving me information. Its just up to them in the end, either they get along or they dont. Adding a male or female can stir things up to.
