bulk rat food

keng1111 Feb 11, 2013 03:32 PM

Hi, Does anyone know a website I can buy rat food in bulk? I have seen on different forums that national pet pharmacy has the best deal but I just went on there and they have nothing. I have bought from mizuri before but I just wanted to see if anyone knew of a cheaper place.

Thanks

I'm located in tucson,az. By bulk i mean 50 lb bags. I was thinking about 4 or 5 bags. I was also wondering about bulk shavings like aspen and pine.

Thanks

...Just start local....shipping kills you in costs....Yellow Pages and Google ,etc ....look up feed stores,Tractor Supply, Farm stores, Agways, ....try Facebook even....Ugh! ....pet shops are too costly...look for a manufacturer closest to you even...there may be a feed mill nearby?......prices are jumping too fast everywhere....

for aspen check nationalpetpharmacy.com and search native earth shredded aspen. it is the harlan shredded aspen and if you do auto ship, the shipping is free. I go through 6 bags a month and have them ship them to me on the first of every month. All you have to do is have somewhere to store it. I checked and couldn't find any rodent food at this supplier though.
