Hi, I am looking for a small incubator. I am looking to get some advice on which ones are good. I'm looking for something in the $100-$300 range. Something that could hold about 3 or 4 clutches in a 6 quart container.
Thanks

find a small fridge at the junk yard, rip out the guts. run a piece of 11" heat tape on the back, hook that to a helix and there you go. you can put a computer fan on the top to circulate the air but it is not absolutely required on these small bators.

i found a used wine cooler on cl, ripped out the guts, and used a ceramic heater and computer fan with thermostat. total cost... $90 and works great! i prefer the wine cooler because of the glass door to be able to take a look without opening the door.
