a 15 gal is good to have for 2 leos. Aslong as it is a long tank like a breeder tank and not a tall thin tank. I dont have a 15 gal tank but I have a 22 or is a 20 I forget long tank I have 3 practically fill grown female leos in there. It looks kinda crowded in their but they love it and they have plenty of room to run around in and hide. If you have any ?s just ask.

You can easily get an albino leopard gecko in the $20 range at a show. It's cheaper, because you're buying directly from the breeder and not through retail.

The shows are very common. There's always stuff going on almost every weekend. I live in Kansas, and I didn't think this area would be thriving with herp fanatics, but lo and behold! There's a local show held every month less than 10 minutes from my house.
