I was thinking the same thing, but really there is not much new stuff or projects going on in the industry right now that people are excited about. Banana balls have been here for 15 years now. No huge new animals coming in from overseas that are not already here, etc. It is a pretty quiet time in the business/hobby. I was not at tinley but several people that were all said the same thing, "lots of ball pythons, almost no frogs, lizards, bugs or hardly anything else." And I love ball pythons, but once you have them or have seen them, you dont get nearly as exctied about seeing the same animals again.

Yeah,
I had nothing about it either. Usually it is the talk of the town. I don't even know anyone that even went to it. Usually, I know a few people going and they say it is a blast.

I was there, it was cool. October shows are way better than the March ones. I did get to meet Ton Jones from Auction Hunters and Kerry King the guitarist for SLAYER so that was COOL! Kerry King is into carpet pythons and owns a business called Psychotic Exotics.
So, in reading this thread, and in being a small keeper.....once we have just about seen it all, other than some blend that has 7 or 8 names, and if one is not a breeder for profit, why not just a real nice normal ball? I picked one up at an expo recently, about 3 years old for 25 bucks. I mean....think about it-they don't know what color they are - lol
