Grabbed my camera and headed out again today to snap some photos.

I follow the banks of a narrow creek and I happened upon a few critters.

First up, a common garter snake. They were pretty common todat as I saw five in a span of about two hours.

Next up a female mallard duck that had a nest nearby.

Finally, the creme day la creme, a big old snapping turtle. He wasn't as happy to see me as I was of him.
