Broken toe

lumpyknee Oct 07, 2003 10:37 AM

I have had a mali uro for roughly 2 months, ever since i have had it, it seemed to have a problem with one its back toes. It was always sort of pointing up, but it never really seemed to affect his activity level or anything. Today i realized that the toe is nearly falling and just held on by one piece of skin, it still doesn't seem to be bothering him. I can't get to a vet until friday, so any ideas on what i should do would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Saharan Uro with the same problem. She came from the store with 5 dried up fingers and toes, which eventually fell off. They were held on by just a piece of skin like you said, and one day they fell off. She didn't even seem to notice, she walks no differently, just has one stumpy looking foot...
