This pair is finally locking after their 3rd post brumation shed.. Alterna can be a little wacky sometimes!

I've thought about joining the alterna craze myself fo some time, but I've heard they can be whacky too. Good for you & your persistence w/ them. Hope the pairing is successful. Keep us posted. Those are absolutely gorgeous snakes. Locale info?

To be honest, i find Gray Bands to be very easy to work with, but they are all not cookie cutter like some of the other colubrids.

** All of my Anery / Hypo alterna are Black Gap Local.
