southern hog husbandry?

hello,
i have seen numerous articles about captive care of western hogs, but not much in the way of southern care. would any of you have any info? i have a couple of westerns and they are thriving. i am just wondering if there are any major differences i should keep in mind for southerns? temps? humidity? substrate? breeding? adult size? breeding? ect?
