I am thinking on using sterilite 6.2 qt 15"x11½"x3¼" for some kingsnake hatchlings and yearlings what do you all think

I use the next size up ( 12.7 qt ) but the smaller size would be okay, just not as much room for aspen, etc. The only problem I found with these tubs is tiny little pyros can actually squeeze out of them along the lid edge, so I took to tying them with a piece of clothesline rope so the little devils couldn't lift the lid.

Thanks Pyromaniac can you tell me more on that setup and how you are heating them the thermometer looks neat
I use the little Zoomed 4 watt UTH's controlled by a thermostat. This set up is fine for just a few babies but a rack system is in the works for this season:

And another pyro and three pituophis yet to lay!
