egg question

i have a clutch of eggs unfortunately i dont know when they were layed? they are all deflated like sucked in? is this normal or are they not doing well?

They have been set up in the incubator. I just don't remember when I put them in? Funny after I posted several hours later one egg opened and a bee is inside!! So I guess and hope the rest will hatch out they just look very deflated.

well....deflated at a week is bad....
deflated when ready to hatch is normal...
