Does anyone know who first decided to give there frogs Spirulina?

I was just wondering who decided it would be safe to give there frogs a human vitamin?

Don't know who started feeding it to darts but ... Wouldn't exactly call it a human vitamin. Yes, humans do use it as a supplement but the animal kingdom has been using it for much longer. Spirulina is a single celled, spiral shaped, blue/green algea. Tads eat algea and spirulina is easily farmed, widely available, clean (pure), nutrient packed algea.
