After all my eggs had hatched for the season I had ONE lone egg left that was incubating at 81/82 degrees and after like 50 days it hadn't hatched even though the others that cooked at the same temp did. Well, when I went back to school i left it at home in the incubator just for the heck of it and i checked on it every few days. Well, long story short...the egg hatched today at approximately 80 DAYS! That's 30 days later than it's hatchling! i haven't had a chance to check it out yet, im going home in the morning, but my mother said that it looks healthy and it looks bigger than all the other hatchlings she has seen, but she's not an expert...i'll get some pics online for everyone to see tomorrow

I can't wait to see the pictures!

Do Tremper Giants incubate longer than normal Leos? Maybe you have a Giant baby?

thats awesome and gives me hope b/c i have one egg left too and its been in there for.... i think today is day 68. i have been starting to get worried but now im not anymore. but i am worried about 3 of my females. 2 of them were with my male almost a month ago and their weights went from just over 40 grams each to now 65 and 63 grams but they havent dropped eggs. im wondering if they are now egg bound or if there is still hope they will lay?
thanks
