Big question about which rack system

TSUSnakeGuy Aug 05, 2013 10:45 PM

I am hoping to upgrade my snake caging in the next 6 months or so and I want to start really looking into it right now. I currently use big wooden homemade cages. They are great cages and have done a good job but I have way more snakes now than I did back then and want to move to using a professional style rack. I am torn between the large boa racks of ARS Caging and Freedom Breeder. I really want to hear everyones input on both of these systems. I want to know about their ease of cleaning, how sturdy they are, how much it cost in shipping. I want to know anything you are willing to tell me.
I know that their are cages out their that you can stack but I really want a rack system. I find the being able to reach down into them to clean and remove snakes to be easier on my back than reaching deep into a cage.

Have a Vision BP rack, but it didn't help with humidity for shedding. This spring I purchased a FB for my BP's with the 100% air flow covers. No more soaking since. My ambient room temp fluctuates between 60 - 75 degrees, depending on season. Was going to ARP racks but the ship costs were extremely high; FB was more cost effective. The FB is one heavy duty rack. The Vision now houses my adult colubrids.
