You need to post your pictures in the photo gallery first. To do so, you need to register, but it is free. Then all you have to do is post your message and scroll down the page until you see "Select Image From Photo Gallery". Hit the drop down arrow and highlight to select your message, then click on "Post Message".

ok well i did that but wen i tryed pisting it in the photo gallery it said that my picture wasa too big....how do i make it smaller or make it right??
