If thats where she wants to lay them he'll move out or to the side when she starts digging. They will be small white eggs maybe around a inch long. Mine layed hers on the cool side under a cave on top the peat/sand substrate but each gecko will vary.

1.2.10 Tokays
1.4.8 Leos(11 albino)
1.2.0 AFT's(amel male)
0.2.0 Stenodactylus Petrii(Dune Geckos)
Mine have been known to lay their eggs under the water container. When they start to dig the male will move believe me. That sand and subtrate will FLY!!!!
