baby cresties are very jumpy and sometimes hard to handle, but as they grow up, they become more docile and more comfortable with handling. Leos on the other hand (IME) can be handled easily from an early age to adulthood.
Both have very simple care too...
BTW, theres a rhacodactylus forum on kingsnake...
