Bearded Dragon Activity

whasmack Oct 07, 2003 05:52 PM

I was thinking about getting a breaded dragon, and was wondering if they are very active on their own?
Do they wander around in the cage a lot or just bask in the heat, or hide a lot?

I wouldn't say overly active in their tank, but when you let them out alot of them really get active. Most dragons love to run around new rooms, "conquer" new territory. Inside the tank, mine will occasionally run around to his hide corner (I made a corner out of artificial vines, a half log that you can't see him in, so he can escape to there) that he likes to run to, but besides that he just basks alot.
