I like how those look... do you think they're different from hypos? Where did yours come from? Cool purple passion too I'm slacking on getting another one of those.

Mike...I think they are compatible with one line of lavenders. There is so much to learn still with all the different types of hypos, lavenders, blue eyed blondes, T-positive, etc....I could spend the rest of my life trying to figure it all out....lol

Are these a double morph or what are they exactly? They look nice, kinda like Merker(aka El Dorando) kings.

These are merely the result of a hypermel bred to lavender. Those babies when bred together produced purple passions and some white banded lavenders but the "dark" bands are more tan than lavender for some reason......and the white never gets any yellow like most normal desert phase californiae.

BTW...I have 3.1 Merker El Dorado Hypos...Waiting on a single egg to hatch now....6 infertiles and 1 fertile this year...woo hoo...lol
