I don't know a ton about KSBs, but I would suggest checking husbandry (humidity, temp, day/night cycle, etc.) first. This is usually the cause for most snakes not eating.
After your sure everything is spot on, I'd try some of the following:
- feeding at a different time (dusk, just after dusk, later at night)
- putting them in a paper bag with f/t pinky or live
- superheating the prey item (getting it really hot - not burning - before feeding)
- last resort would be assist feeding (putting f/t pinky's head in back of mouth)
