How do you guys keep your mole kings? This is my first. I've breed and raised corns, eastern kings and black rats so I'm assuming no so much different for mole kings?

Was giving us the finger necessary? Lol. Just make sure it has a nice moist hide. They spend the vast majority of their time underground. Warm end, cool end, ect

Yep, great advice, Joe. Hence their common name "Mole" king.

Thats a very neat find. Congratulatlions! Hope you find a mate for it next. Also I was curious about the locale, so thanks for giving it.

Also, I have caught many mole kings. Make note of the conditions when and where it was found. Same conditions and you will find more. Maybe put a few boards out near where the bail of hay is sitting. That is if you wanted to find more.

Just put 4 bales there today
Now if I can just find that eastern king I saw wrapped around a hog while I was cutting grass. I scared the king into releasing the hog who just played dead for a few minutes longer. Guess it doesn't pay to play dead in front of a chain king!! Lol
Nope because they don't care one way or the other!!!! Lol
