I am brumating my adults which are in the same room as the hatchlings. In order to get 60 degrees for ambient (sp) air temp i have my window open. Well the temp is perfect it doesn't get lower than 55 or higher than 65 so the adults brumation temps are fine, but the hatchlings are in the same room as adults. I added an extra light to their tank and their temps are normal, but i was wondering if i should brumate them with the adults. Some people below were talking about brumating and how it effects the animals in a posative way, and was natural. Since these guys are only 3 months old do you think i should brumate. This is my first clutch and i want to mess up. I wasn't going to brumate them, but if i dont brumate them will i mess them up. I want to do what is best for them so should i brumate them or keep temps normal?

PS
The hatchlings are starting to get really funky colors and are totally dark brown with gold dots all over, and have very dark brown stripes, is this normal for malis? I bought my WC malis pair and 5 weeks later she laid eggs. What are the chances they are not related to my male mali. I have seen him mount her during the summer, so i think that he is the father.
