Besides crickets and grasshoppers and flies what else can they eat?
you mite try dried insects, but that didnt work with mine, also try some veggies!
Depends on the species you keep.
a. bicaorum has a natural diet with 90% spiders in it.
My green and brown anoles LOVE freshly molted mealworms. But this should only be an occasionnal treat, because these worms are high in phosphorus.
Are they? Well, I guess high for anoles, huh?
Anyway, lots of "treat" items are available. If the anole is large it may be able to take down a superworm which is healthier than a mealworm... and it will almost surely eat waxworms, although they're pretty fatty.
One good thing about feeder worms, though, is that they don't carry parasites like crickets do, although crickets are healthier for them in other respects.
