Hello, after a recent move to I have found that my 40" snake tongs (Pets Crafts) keeps jamming. I have attempted to contact the place I purchased them last spring and they are out of business, so I have sent numerous emails to Pets Crafts to purchase a new set. I have been playing email tag with them for over a month now just attempting to buy a new set of tongs. It is so frustrating dealing with foreign companies. Does any company in America make tongs or even sell them?

There is a place over in Kansas or maybe it is Missouri called Midwest Tongs, try them. They have always treated us fairly and the pricing has always been reasonable. Good luck, hope you get it worked out.
