How long till I see eggs?

guadofreak Oct 07, 2003 11:42 PM

My male knocked up one or two of my girls about 1.5 weeks ago. I know the clutches are 2-4 weeks apart but how soon am I to see eggs forming in her abdomen? Are they going to be VERY noticable?

Just trying to figure out how soon i need to buy an incubator and perlite etc...

thanx ~Eddie

If your geckos have already mated, then you should buy the incubator and perlite now. It shouldn't be too long, the eggs in her belly will probably be noticeable after about a week or week and 1/2, I never realy sat down and counted the days.
You should buy the incubator and set it up ahead of time so you can get the heat at the right temperature before you put the eggs in. It will take a little adjusting to get it at the temperature you want it at.

Good Luck

Thanks
