First slime fix of the year....

AHHHH, that lovely smell of slime in the morning!!! Hershey dropped her litter sometime after midnight. Found her all done this morning with a slime pile that looks at least a few hours old. Pastel Motley female bred by a Snow male for Motley het Snows and DH Snows. And looks like one of the Motleys is a "surviving twin" where the yolk split but only one side was fertilized. Clearly a half slug with the same sack a smaller baby was still in.

Congradulations Dave .. You know, I've had runt babies in past litters with the split slug , and never realized it was a twin/slug. I just never thought too much , but now it seems obvious. Congrats again

Wow Dave congrats, looks like a beautiful litter !

I'm going to miss having litters this season,I Luv seeing those
little heads pop up out of the goo for that first breath.
