Has anyone every seen orr heard of a tool that measures UVB? I think I once saw one, it was about the size of a meduium sized cell phone, fit nicely in the palm of your hand.

So anyone ever think of using these things to actually measure the quality of UVB output from their bulbs so that you have a realistic idea of when it is time to replace them.....
