what is the value of a star tortoise that have only 3 side scutes?

hi,
my friend have a sri lankan star that have only 3 side scutes.they dont look deform but very symetrical.you cant see the difference if you dont look closely.my friend is considering selling it to someone but dont know what price he should put on it.the tortoise is about 3'.any idea?thanks
