A tale of 2 buckets

tcdrover Jun 27, 2014 04:17 PM

I really lucked out this year. I moved in November from Sunrise which
is west Fort Lauderdale to Deltona which is between Orlando and
Daytona beach.

I love it up here, but I was not prepared for how much colder the temps would get.
Actually I was, but one of my new boa rooms wasn't.

Out of 5 possible litters, I only managed to get one just now.
I got the one I was most curious about though.

Looks like a bunch of healthy little squirmers! With some real lookers! Congrats!

Thanks Lar, Ruben...

Today I moved them from the 3 foot Neodesha display cage to the
baby rack.

I was totally bummed to see that the best looking one looks like it
got crushed against the water bowl by the pile of neos.

There were 27, with no slugs, now just 26. You win some, you lose some.

Great looking babies!! That one solo is definitely something to be proud of! Deltona, huh?! Thats pretty dang close to Altamonte Springs! Congrats on the litter despite the rest of the pairings. The weather is a little tricky here sometimes but overall its way better than being snowed in! Best of luck with these new guys!
