This pretty, scaly thing just shed yesterday. She's been itching to get out of her
nice big 4 foot Animal Plastics display cage. 
She is one of my favorites. You can see why. Every time she sheds her look changes.

The boa matches your guitar! What year is the Strat? USA?
I love the look and feel of Strats, but I am not a tremolo guy. I have a 2013 USA that looks just like yours. I recently "decked" the tremolo to essentially disable it, replaced the 3 springs with 5 new springs (rawvintage.com) for mass and put in a wood block for good measure like Clapton did. My guitar has a tidbit less twang now but now rocks harder when overdriven. Bends are easier too. Fun stuff.
