Bump on Tamataves head

What is this bump o ver his left eye? It also seems this eye bulges out more than the other side.

Are Tamataves not red?
That doesn't look like a Tamatave to me.

Bumps are somewhat of a common ailment in chameleons, primarily in veileds though. I'm not sure of the treatment, or if there even is one. It might be a cyst caused by a sliver caught in a scale and it stimulated oil build-up of some kind. I think we'll need a side picture to see the true severity of the bump.

He is a young Tamatave. His colors are coming in mostly on the sides and belly. I can provide pics tomorrow
