ghost shrimp as food?

just curious, had never had them recommended, nor had i heard negative referrences... anybody have any comments in either direction?

Most turtles love shrimp, and the ghost shrimp are feeder shrimp, my turtle loves them, but just to note, shrimp is fattening and high in protein, should be offered as a treat.

yeah ghost or "glass" shrimps are usually very popular with the turtle which can catch them. but they are a potential source of parasites as well.
